Rates And Policies For Winchester Cottages

Occupancy - Rates Are Based On 2 Adults and 2 Children, a family of Four (4) People Per Cottage, addition adults 18 years of age and over are subject to a $10 per night surcharge. Grandparents are exempt and not subject to the surcharge. Sorry a maximum of six (6) people per cottage.

Single Night Reservations - All single night reservations are subject to a $20 surcharge from July-1 to August-31.

Seniors Discounts - Seniors discount can not be redeemed during July-1 to August-31, a 10% discount will be given at all other times for seniors who make a reservation and stay at the cottages.

Multiple Cottages Reservation - A non refundable deposit of $50 per cottage is taken when reservation is made.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellations must be made at least seven (7) days prior to the reservation date. All cancellations will be charged a administrative fee of $10. A confirmation number will be given as proof of cancellation. For cancellations made less than seven (7) days prior notice to the reservation date; if the opportunity arises to re-book the cottage no charge will be taken, otherwise the cancellation will be subject to the following fees:

• Single Night Reservation - The full cost of the one night stay plus administrative fee $10.
• Two to Four nights Reservations - %50 of the overall cost of the stay plus administrative fee$10.
• Multiple Cottages Reservations - %100 of the 1st cottage and %50 on remaining cottages plus administrative fee $10.
• If no notice is given to cancel a reservation - 100% of the overall cost will be charged.

- All rates are listed in Canadian funds and are subject to HST (tax)

• Check In - Check in time is 2pm unless special agreement has been made prior to arrival

• Check Out - Check out is by 11am at the latest.

• Pool Towels - Please bring towels with you for the pool, do not use the cottage white towels in the pool area.

• Visiting Guests - Any guests visiting during your stay must register at the office prior to entering the site.

• Vehicles On Site - Please drive slow at all times on site as children are playing.
